Well baseball season is finally over and it ended just as it has the past couple of years with the National League team winning. Why not we just forget about baseball in 2016 and 18 and just give the Giants the trophy already. The San Francisco once again emerge victorious thanks largely to the outstanding performance of Madison Bumgarner, he will be making a pretty penny this off season, as Bumgarner’s pitching won three of the games for the Giants. This is Bumgarner’s third World Series ring and As a fan of baseball it is great that such a young player can have such a big impact in the World Series but I am one of those people who would like some diversity in the participants year to year, but I’d have liked it a whole lot better if the underdog Royals could have had a better chance to win.
So the season is over as well as Bud Selig reign as Commissioner of Baseball, for many this second part is wonderful news, but Selig did a lot to make baseball a sport that people cared about especially after the strike in 1994. How will his replacement Rob Manfred do, we will have to wait and see. The 2015 season begins on April 5.
